- What is included in the booking fee?

Your booking fee secures your session date and covers the time, talent and state-of-the-art equipment of our professional photographers. There are no hidden costs, and you have the flexibility to choose from our range of products afterward.

+ What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel?

We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule your session, you can do so once free of charge by giving us at least 24 hours' notice before your scheduled time. For cancellations, please provide a minimum of 72 hours (3 days) notice to receive a full refund of your booking deposit. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of your booking deposit.

+ Do you offer any guarantees?

Absolutely! We are confident you'll love your portraits. If you're not satisfied with your images, we'll offer a complimentary reshoot.

+ How do I view and select my images?

After your session, we'll provide you with access to a private online gallery where you can easily view and select your favorite images at your convenience. This hassle-free process allows you to purchase your digitals and artwork from the comfort of your home.

+ Are payment plans available?

Yes, we offer flexible, interest-free payment plans to make it easier for you to get the portraits you love without any financial stress.

+ Where can I park when I arrive?

We have convenient street parking available, and the Forum car park is just across the road for your ease.

+ Can I include family members in the session?

Absolutely! We encourage you to bring along loved ones to make your session even more special. Please note that pets are not permitted in our studio.

+ What should I wear to the photoshoot?

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing in neutral colors to keep the focus on you. We'll provide a detailed style guide once you book to help you prepare.

+ How long does the session last?

Our sessions typically last between 1 to 2 hours, depending on the type of photoshoot. We ensure there's plenty of time for outfit changes and capturing the perfect shots.

+ When will I receive my images?

For most sessions, the turnaround time is 1-2 weeks after your selection during the Zoom meeting. For corporate headshots, we provide a faster turnaround of 1-2 business days.

+ When will I receive my printed products?

Product lead times vary depending on your selections. Generally, you can expect to receive your printed products within 3-4 weeks after placing your order, especially if artwork or retouching is required.

+ Is there any risk in booking a session?

Not at all! If you need to reschedule, you can do so once free of charge by giving us at least 24 hours' notice. Your booking fee will be fully transferred to your new session date. For cancellations, as long as you provide at least 72 hours (3 days) notice, we'll refund your booking deposit in full. We're committed to providing a stress-free experience you'll love.

+ How many people can be included in a family session?

We can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people in our studio. If you have a larger group, just let us know, and we'll make arrangements.

+ We feel awkward in front of the camera; can you help?

Absolutely! Our friendly photographers will guide you through natural poses to make you feel comfortable and look your best.

+ What if my kids don't cooperate during the session?

We have plenty of experience working with children and make the sessions fun and engaging to capture genuine smiles.
